About

Australia’s premier dining destination, Brae is a unique, nature-based dining experience that has garnered national and international acclaim for more than ten years.

Brae comprises an award-winning restaurant, six luxury, carbon-neutral guest suites and a 20 acre working organic farm, all designed for guests to explore. An ever-changing set menu from chef-owner, Dan Hunter, incorporates produce from Brae Farm, the surrounding land and local, ethical producers to showcase a unique Australian cuisine built around an immense respect for nature and seasonality.

Regenerative agriculture principles are employed at Brae Farm to produce organic vegetables, fruits, nuts, berries, olives, wheat grain and honey. The property is designed for guests to explore with walking paths and signage leading guests through agricultural production areas and native Australian gardens, encouraging visitors to reconnect to their food and the place it comes from.

Brae Guest Suites are spacious, design-focused and eco-friendly. They feature king beds, organic cotton bed linen, star-gazing sky lights, Melbourne-made Jardan sofas, turntable and record collection, cocktail bar, temperature-controlled wine fridge, underfloor heating, bath with views to the rolling hills of the Otways and private outdoor lounge areas.
