About

Held at historic Seacroft Estate Chapel on the Great Ocean Road, this retreat will help you activate your unique creativity through mindful art-making inspired by nature. The yin (or ‘restorative’) yoga sessions perfectly complement the art-making and tap into your body’s natural ability to restore itself.

This retreat is designed to leave you feeling refreshed and energised, ready to build your own stress relief practices from what you’ve learned!

Themes explored through the art-making and yoga sessions include: Activating imagination and grounding self through nature; Connecting with body wisdom; Intention setting and gratitude.

You’ll be exploring a range of art materials and techniques which may include watercolour, pencils, acrylics, pastels, collage, printing and tactile painting.

Choose from two-day, one-day and half-day options – each is a complete experience which includes mindful art-making and yin yoga sessions inspired by nature. You receive a bonus art-making session when you book the two-day experience.

All art materials are included, along with lunch on Saturday and brunch on Sunday.
