About

Located in the beachside rural setting of Johanna and a short stroll from the iconic Johanna Beach, The Roost is the perfect summer holiday spot, or romantic getaway. The Roost’s light-filled, well-appointed, country-styled cottages make a very comfortable home base for exploring the Otways, Great Ocean Road and Shipwreck Coast.

If you are less adventurous, ocean and valley views from each cottage combined with the abundant wildlife in the lush surrounds provide a peaceful retreat from the bustle of daily life.

Choose from a one or two bedroom cottage. Each cottage has views to rival the other, a gas fireplace, spa bath, full kitchen and cozy country interior. And of course, they are dog friendly.

Come home to The Roost on your next Great Ocean Road adventure.
