About

Only a 15 minute drive to Lorne and one hour 45 minutes from Melbourne, The Farm is a contemporary luxury in a superb pastoral setting and a dramatic view that will have you absolutely awestruck.

Cutting edge architecture boasting 270-degree views over the Pennyroyal Valley and Otway Hinterland, the home itself is as much a feature as the jaw-dropping vistas.

Every detail has been designed and presented with simplicity and aspect in mind. The footprint is based around a simple H shape with open plan living flanked by bedrooms, bathrooms and secondary living spaces. The protected courtyard to the rear is an impressive outdoor living space allowing guest the luxury of alfresco living in a variety of weather conditions. The north side is an endless expanse of rolling farmland with an abundance of native wildlife.

Key features include a built-in outdoor fireplace, in-ground trampoline, open plan living with indoor fireplace, unlimited Wi-Fi, Netflix, multiple widescreen televisions and a variety of multimedia.

Ample parking also available.

The Farm is centred amongst a long list of regional attractions. The Great Ocean Road, Otway National Park, Forrest, Birregurra and world-renowned Brae restaurant are all within a short drive. All this and more, but only if you can tear yourself away from the pure relaxation, privacy, peace and tranquillity on offer at The Farm.
