Otway national park waterfalls are beautiful and abundant. And there are Cape Otway walks for walkers of all abilities. Popular waterfalls include Carisbrook Falls — which is a short and easy walk (only 10 mins from the carpark on an evenly graded path to a lookout over the gorge).
Hopetoun Falls has a viewing platform 20 metres from the carpark which offers spectacular views of the falls as they crash into the Aire River. Beauchamp Falls rewards a somewhat strenuous walk (about an hour return, and requires reasonable fitness). It’s 20-metres tall, and crashes over a ledge into a large pool just outside Beech Forest.
To help you find the most popular walks and waterfalls in the region we have developed an Otways walks and waterfalls guide.
There you can learn about the main Otway National Park waterfalls as well as Cape Otway walks.
